CANCELLATIONS:
If circumstances make you cancel the Tour the cancellation must be Intimated to us in writing. Such cancellation will attract the following Cancellation Charges :
Cancellation Charges Per Person
When a cancellation is made Charges
21 days of more prior to the departure of the Tour 25 % of the Cost
20-15 days prior to the departure of the Tour 50 % of the Cost
14-08 days prior to the departure of the Tour 75 % of the Cost
7 days or less prior to departure of the tour of a “No Show ’ on the tour 100%of the Cost.
PAYMENTS:
All payments made within 15 days prior to the tour departure date will have to be paid in cash. The PAN Card copy will be required when payments amounting Rs. 25,000/- or above are made by cash.
REFUND:
Refund in cases of Air ticket, Bus Ticket & Rail E-ticket only process after it will credit to our company account .Service charges will be deduct while processing the refund. The refund will be process in the same mode of payment as the customer paid at the time of booking.
During the Festive period, Long weekend, Seasons/Off Season, policy will change. Its totally case to case basis.
